Hope you had a lovely weekend and have been enjoying the sunshine today, perfect day to try some of Miss Soar’s Outdoor Activities!

Here is today’s story, The Wonky Donkey by Craig Smith, it is one of Mrs Weedall’s favourites, so I hope you enjoy it too! Let me know what you think!

  2. I think we need to buy this, Bonnie giggled all the way through! Great reading Mrs B! There’s no way I’d have been able to read that without making any mistakes!
    Have you ever read or do you have Don’t Wake the Bear Hare? It’s one of our favourites (ours is very battered and old)
    Would be lovely if you could read that x

    • Haha, it is very difficult to read without making mistakes, I was quite impressed with myself! I have heard of that story but it isn’t on my shelf…I’ll see what I can do!

  3. Thank you Mrs Burgess for including one of my favourite stories in your book club. I was very impressed with your tongue twister skills. Did you know that there is a new book about Wonky Donkey’s daughter ? It is called ‘The Dinky donkey’, and it is quite funny too.

    • Glad you thought it was funny, Adam! Mrs Weedall said that there is a new story called ‘Dinky Donkey’, you’ll have to keep an eye out for it!
